THE CHALLENGE
Viết Chữa Lành is the first project to introduce writing therapy to the Vietnamese community, initially offering offline classes in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In response to growing demands, they’ve expanded to online courses, creating a website that not only showcases their programs but also serves as a platform for mental health learning, where students can connect, share, and grow together.
THE CHALLENGE
Viết Chữa Lành is the first project to introduce writing therapy to the Vietnamese community, initially offering offline classes in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In response to growing demands, they’ve expanded to online courses, creating a website that not only showcases their programs but also serves as a platform for mental health learning, where students can connect, share, and grow together.
LEAN WORKING PROCESS
To launch the online model as quickly as possible, we bypassed the Figma design phase and moved directly to development on the Wix platform using the finalized wireframes and references.

The project was detailed planned into three main phases: wireframing & content, figma design and developement to give out a long-term and sustainable online presence and full technical control.
WIREFRAME
Low wireframes are used as a blueprint to visualize layout, functionality, and user experience, and copywrite finalization.
This step facilitated early feedback from stakeholders and allowed for necessary adjustments. The wireframe has been
finalized before moving to design phase.
