THE CHALLENGE

While Mytour is well-known as an high-quality OTA with +4-star hotels and services, the proposition of customers booking services from luxury hotels brands such as Vinpearl, Muong Thanh, Novotel... was still small, yet not much traffic come to visit the offerings

Edupia faced challenges in convincing parents to purchase the app's English self-learning program for their kids due to a lack of trust and firsthand experience. Parents were uncertain about the program's effectiveness, resulting in low purchase intent.
