Edupia faced challenges in convincing parents to purchase the app's English self-learning program for their kids due to a lack of trust and firsthand experience. Parents were uncertain about the program's effectiveness, resulting in low purchase intent.

Edupia faced challenges in convincing parents to purchase the app's English self-learning program for their kids due to a lack of trust and firsthand experience. Parents were uncertain about the program's effectiveness, resulting in low purchase intent.

WORKING PROCESS

DELIVERABLES

  1. Define Target Audience: Children aged 7-14 and their parents in Vietnam

  2. Design Engaging Content: Create interactive, age-appropriate lessons focusing on key learning areas (vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence structure).

  3. Promote the Trial Lesson: Use social media, influencer collaborations, and google ads to attract users

  4. Ensure Easy Onboarding: Make the trial lesson access simple with 2-step onboarding

  5. Collect Feedback: Gather insights from users (parents and students) through surveys and data analytics.

  6. Refine and Adjust: Use feedback and data to improve lesson content and user experience.

  7. Convert to Paid Users: Offer advanced paid lesson and scholarships for students with high engagement
